Reservation, Payment and Cancelation Procedures :

Reservation made through Email, Fax dan Telephone shall be completed with the following informative data:

2. You can make payment through the following methods when you have received the invoice number:
2.1 Payment by using bank transfer and endorsed check (giro) or 24 hour service via ATM transfer to our bank account as written below:

2.2 Cash payment, directly made at our office:

3. Please kindly attach the invoice number on your payment slip and send the receipt of your transfer to our office through fax or email. Particular term applies for ATM transfer that obligates you to send us information and confirmation of your payment through SMS at: 081 236 87174
4. Payment can be directly made at Putra Dalem office and our staff can collect the payment to your office or home your convenience. This is applicable for a minimum amount of Rp.1.000.000 (one million rupiah) and valid for particular areas such as Denpasar and Sanur.
5. For confirmation of reservation/order, the payment of Down Payment (DP) of 50% of the grand total shall be received at our Bank Account at least 7 days prior to the use of service/product/rent of our vehicle or the payment is made according to the agreement that has been jointly agreed.
6. The full payment shall be received at least 3 days prior to the use of our service/product/rent of our vehicle. If the completion of payment is not received by the deadline of payment, Putra Dalem has the right to cancel the order/reservation.
7. If the cancelation is made due to:
7.1 Your intention /the clients, therefore the Down Payment of 50% can be used for another reservation service on other days. The payment is non refundable if you/the clients do not use the reserved and confirmed service (no show).
7.2 Putra Dalem is unable to deliver the vehicle according to the reservation; therefore the Down Payment of 50% is refunded with deduction of bank transfer charge.
8. If there are changes of destination/reservation:
8.1 Prior to departure: can be done if you have paid the additional charge that arises due to the change of previous order to the new one.
8.2 During the trip: you must inform the change of order to Putra Dalem and pay the additional charge that arises due to the change of the two orders. This is subject to the availability of our vehicle.
9. Change of Order :
9.1 If on the due date of using the service the client is evident to delay from the booked schedule, there will not be any additional charge as long as still on the period of using the reserved vehicle.
